All Tiny Tigers clubs are now run by the clubs.
The Keibu Kan created the Tiny Tigers and over the years gave more of the clubs to the instructors.
in 2011 the Keibu Kan gave instructors full control over the running of the clubs.
Each club however pays a small annual fee to the Keibu Kan.
